Our training is a scientist-practitioner model with the following specialty-specific competency expectations for fellows below:

Salary and benefits
The stipend for the fellowship is $60,000. The fellowship includes a generous benefits package plus additional funds from the Graduate Medical Education Office at CAMC to use for approved conference and research travel support. Along with sick days and holidays, fellows have three weeks of paid vacation and seven educational days permitted to attend conferences.

By the start of the fellowship, all applicants must have completed:
- APA- or CPA-accredited graduate programs in clinical or counseling psychology
- APA- or CPA-accredited internships
- all requirements for their PhD or PsyD prior to beginning their appointment
