All applications are accepted through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) only. Paper applications will not be accepted. Applications should contain the following:
- Complete ERAS application
- Curriculum vitae
- Dean's Letter
- Three (3) letters of recommendation
- Must have a pass on first attempt for USMLE Step 1 for allopathic applicants or COMLEX Level 1 for osteopathic applicants and a USMLE Step 2 score of at least 230 on the first attempt for all applicants
- Medical School Transcript
- Personal Statement
- International graduates need to include ECFMG certification
- Photograph for identification purposes at interview
- Must have graduated from medical school within the last 5 years
*Individuals matching to a CAMC program or fellowship must seek an appropriate visa/work authorization prior to training.
